Smoothies can be a great snack or meal alternative. They are really simple to make and can be packed full of vitamins, minerals and fibre. Just throw everything into a blender and whizz until the mixture is smooth. It really is that easy!
You can even pre-chop your fruit and veg and freeze them as individual portions in freezer bags, ready to be thrown in to a blender. This way you are always only a few seconds away from a tasty and nutritious meal or snack.
